Patient Education: Exploring the health benefits of Rick Simpson Oil (RSO)

Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) is a thick, dark, full-spectrum cannabis oil that holds a broad range of cannabinoids and terpenes from the whole plant. It is usually used orally, under the tongue, in capsules, worked into food, or used as a topical. One of our favorite brands, and one that we carry at our store, is Emerald Bay Extracts.

It is very strong, so start small, about half a grain of rice, and go up slowly. Never smoke or vape RSO. Talk to your doctor before adding any cannabis product to your routine, and buy it lab-tested from a licensed dispensary.
